摘要:针对靴压液压系统的关键要素靴压高线压工艺要求、靴压对辊的静压支承、靴板及轴承润滑、靴套张紧、油箱等进行了详细设计及分析。采用虹吸管隔离靴辊内部回油管和主回油管,可以保持靴套张紧膨胀,提高靴套寿命,满足靴压的工艺要求,并解决液压油中溶解过量饱和空气的问题。
Abstract:The key elements of the shoe press hydraulic system, such as the process requirements of shoe press high line pressure, the hydro-static bearing of the shoe press to the roller, the shoe plate and bearing lubrication, the blanket tension, the oil tank, etc. were designed and analyzed in detail. The internal oil return pipe and the main oil return pipe of the shoe roller were separated by a siphon, which could maintain the tension and expansion of the shoe cover, improve the life of the blanket, meet the technological requirements of the shoe pressure, and solve the problem of dissolving excess saturated air in the hydraulic oil.
