摘要:针对抄纸过程中定量、水分具有的非线性、时变性、强耦合性等特点,提出一种基于模糊逻辑的自适应控制方法,利用模糊控制理论构建控制模型,实现系统解耦与自适应控制。构建定量水分过程QCS质量控制系统模型,针对纸机定量水分控制系统进行仿真研究。仿真结果表明,该方案可解决定量水分系统的耦合。相较于PID控制,其定量回路、水分回路单位阶跃响应曲线调节时间分别减少了53.6%、56.4%;相较于模糊控制,其调节时间分别减少了17.0%、29.2%。该方案能够对系统进行子组织、自适应控制,减少人工成本、提高系统精度。 |
Abstract:Aiming at the non-linearity, time-varying, and strong coupling characteristics of the basis weight and moisture during the paper-making process, an adaptive control method based on fuzzy logic was proposed. The fuzzy control theory was used to build a model to realize system decoupling and adaptive control. The QCS quality control system model of quantitative moisture process was constructed, and the simulation research was carried out for the basis weight and moisture control system of the paper machine. The simulation results showed that the scheme could solve the coupling of basis weight and moisture system. Compared with PID control, the unit step response curve adjustment time of basis weight loop and moisture were reduced by 53.6% and 56.4%, respectively. Compared with fuzzy control, the adjustment time reduced by 17.0% and 29.2%, respectively. The scheme could perform sub-organization and self-adaptive control of the system, reduce labor cost and improve system accuracy. |
