摘要:采用竹子制浆过程中产生的竹渣为原料,将其粉碎研磨制备颗粒作为填料,并对其性能进行分析,探究了竹渣用作瓦楞原纸填料的可行性。结果表明,竹渣纤维素为纤维素Ⅰ型结构,热解温度236℃;添加竹渣填料对提高纸张的环压指数有积极的影响,且其增幅随竹渣颗粒尺寸的减小而增大。最佳的竹渣填料参数为颗粒尺寸0.316 mm×29.4 μm,添加量15%,在此条件下,填料留着率61.4%,纸张的环压指数和抗张指数分别为5.4 N·m/g和12.1 N·m/g,相比未加填纸,环压指数提高了28.6%。
Abstract:The residues produced in the bamboo pulping process was used as the raw material, and the bamboo particles were prepared by crushing and grinding. The performance was analyzed, and the feasibility of using bamboo residues as filler for corrugated base paper was explored. The results showed that cellulose of bamboo exhibited type I structure, and the pyrolysis temperature was 236℃. The addition of bamboo filler had a positive effect on improving the ring crush index of paper, and its increase increased with the decrease of bamboo particle size. The optimal parameters of bamboo filler were as follows: particle size of 0.316 mm × 29.4 μm, addition amount of 15%. At this time, the retention rate of the filler was 61.4%, and the ring crush index and tensile index of the paper were 5.4 N·m/g and 12.1 N·m/g, respectively.The ring crush increasd 28.6% compared with without filling bamboo paper.
