摘要:受自然界中超疏水现象的启发,超疏水材料受到越来越多的重视。纸基材料作为绿色可再生、生物可降解的柔性材料已成为重要的基础材料之一,如何将亲水性的纸基材料转变为超疏水材料是显著提升其利用价值的重要途径。本文综述了浸渍法、溶胶-凝胶法、化学气相沉积法、等离子体沉积法和喷涂法等技术对纸基材料的疏水改性研究进展,介绍了超疏水纸基材料在防水、响应性能、微流体装置、油水分离膜和自清洁等领域的应用,并对其未来发展方向进行了展望。 |
Abstract:Paper-based material, as a green renewable and biodegradable flexible material, is one of the most important building block for the material industry. However, the superhydrophobic modification of the hydrophilic paper-based material is a vital step to realize its value-added utilization. In this paper, the research progress on hydrophobic modification of various methods, i.e., dipping, sol-gel, chemical vapor deposition, plasma deposition, and spraying, were introduced comprehensively. The potential application of which in areas of waterproof material, sensor, microfluidic device, oil-water separation membrane, and self-cleaning surface, was summarized and the future development direction was prospected as well. |
