摘要:本研究比较了椭圆状、球状、纺锤体状和花瓣状轻质碳酸钙的差异,将不同形态轻质碳酸钙应用于卷烟纸生产过程。结果表明,椭圆状轻质碳酸钙制备的卷烟纸凝灰性能最好,球状次之,花瓣状最差;纺锤体状轻质碳酸钙制备的卷烟纸透气性能最好,花瓣状次之,椭圆状碳酸钙最差;椭圆状和球状轻质碳酸钙在卷烟纸中的留着率明显高于纺锤体状和花瓣状。 |
Abstract:The differences between elliptical, spherical, spindle and petal light calcium carbonate were compared in this study. The different forms of light calcium carbonate were applied to the production process of cigarette paper. The results showed that elliptical light calcium carbonate had the best ash condensation performance, spherical light calcium carbonate was the second, and petal light calcium carbonate was the worst. Spindle light calcium carbonate had the best air permeability, followed by petal light calcium carbonate, and elliptic light calcium carbonate was the worst. The retention rate of elliptical and spherical light calcium carbonate in cigarette paper was significantly higher than that of spindle and petal light calcium carbonate. |
