摘要:越来越多的现代化企业广泛应用DCS完成生产线的控制和操作,由于生产设备供应厂商不同,一条生产线可能会有超过两套控制系统。为了实现对整个生产线的完全控制和操作,不同的控制系统之间需要数据交换来完成系统之间的融合。本文就西门子S7-400与METSO DNA系统之间的通信,介绍了通过DP/DP耦合器来实现DCS与PLC间通信的方法。 |
Abstract:More and more modern enterprises widely used DCS to complete the control and operation of the production line. Due to different equipment providers, a production line might have more than 2 control systems. In order to achieve the complete control and operation of the entire production line, data exchange was required between different control systems to complete the integration between systems. Based on the communication between Siemens S7-400 and METSO DNA system, the method to achieve the communication between the DCS and the PLC through the DP/DP coupler was introduced in this paper. |
