摘要:以聚芳酯短切纤维为原料,通过机械剪切得到微纤,通过湿法分散微纤辅助真空抽滤制备聚芳酯纤维原纸,再经过热压得到聚芳酯纤维纸。研究了不同热压温度对聚芳酯纤维纸的力学性能、和介电性能等的影响。结果表明,当热压温度为260℃时,聚芳酯纤维纸的力学性能和电气强度达到最高,抗张强度和弹性模量分别为65 MPa和1.32 GPa,电气强度达到43.1 kV/mm。同时具有较高的热稳定性,较低的介电常数和介电损耗。 |
Abstract:Polyarylate microfiber was first prepared by the mechanical shear method from polyarylate chopped fiber. Then the polyarylate fiber base paper was prepared by wet dispersion of polyarylate microfiber assisted vacuum filtration. Finally, polyarylate fiber paper was prepared by hot-pressing progress from polyarylate fiber base paper. The effects of different hot-pressing temperatures on the mechanical properties and dielectric properties of polyarylate fiber paper were studied. The results demonstrated that when the hot-pressing temperature was 260℃, the mechanical properties and electric strength of polyarylate fiber paper reached the highest. The tensile strength and elastic modulus were 65 MPa and 1.32 GPa, respectively, and the electrical strength reached 43.1 kV/mm. At the same time, polyarylate fiber paper presented high thermal stability, low dielectric constant and dielectric loss. |
