摘要:为了更加准确快速地对烟用内衬纸的品质进行评价,采用电子鼻技术对不同厂家生产的真空镀铝转移内衬纸和复合铝内衬纸的挥发性成分进行差异分析,同时利用气相色谱-质谱/嗅闻(GC-MS/O)技术进一步剖析内衬纸气味差异的原因。结果表明,真空镀铝转移内衬纸的整体气味强度高于复合铝内衬纸,且具有油墨味、柚子皮苦味的化合物和具有肥皂泡气味的化合物等关键挥发性成分对其整体气味的贡献度较高。此外,不同厂家生产的同一复合铝内衬纸的总体气味强度接近,但是气味成分却有显著差异。
Abstract:The electronic nose was used to analyze the difference in the volatile components of vacuum aluminized transfer inner liner and calendered aluminum foil composite inner liner produced by different manufacturers. Furthermore, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry/olfactometry (GC-MS/O) technology was applied to further analyze the reasons for the difference in the odor of inner liner. The results showed that the odor intensity of vacuum aluminized transfer inner liner was higher than that of calendered aluminum foil composite inner liner. Key volatile with ink smell or bitterness of grapefruit peel and compounds with soap smell had higher contribution to the overall odor. The odor intensity of calendered aluminum foil composite inner liner produced by different manufacturers was similar, while the odor components were significantly different.
