摘要:考察了摩擦释香微胶囊在摩擦前后的形态变化,分析不同条件对卷烟纸摩擦释香性能的影响,并对留香稳定性以及致香成分转移性进行评价,探索了摩擦释香微胶囊在卷烟用纸上的应用效果及可行性。结果表明,摩擦释香微胶囊摩擦1~10次后形态发生变化,囊壁凹陷但未破裂;摩擦释香卷烟纸在4个月内具有较好的留香性,在30天内摩擦1~5次时释香效果较稳定,并可在抽吸时转移至卷烟主流烟气中,能够满足摩擦释香卷烟纸在贮存留香、摩擦释香和烟气转移等环节的性能要求。 |
Abstract:In this study, the morphological changes of the friction-releasing fragrance microcapsules before and after friction were investigated, the effects of different conditions on the friction-releasing fragrance properties of cigarette paper were analyzed, and the stability of fragrance retention and the transferability of fragrance ingredients were evaluated. The application result and feasibility of friction-releasing fragrance microcapsule on cigarette paper were investigated. The results showed that the shape of the microcapsule changed after rubbing 1~10 times, and the capsule wall was sunken but not broken. Friction-releasing fragrance cigarette paper had good fragrance retention ability within 4 months, and had stable fragrance releasing performance when rubbing 1~5 times within 30 days. In addition, the fragrance could be transferred to the cigarette mainstream smoke during smoking. Therefore, it could meet the performance requirements of the friction-releasing fragrance cigarette paper in fragrance storage and retention, friction-releasing fragrance and smoke transfer. |
