自水解预处理对杨木木素结构及杨木化学热磨机械浆白度的影响

摘要:为了探究自水解预处理过程中杨木木素结构的变化和杨木化学热磨机械浆(杨木CTMP浆)白度的影响,本研究对杨木进行自水解预处理,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和核磁共振波谱仪(1H, 13C, 2D-HSQC NMR)研究自水解预处理过程中杨木木素结构的变化,将自水解预处理后的杨木进行化学热磨机械法制浆并测定其白度,采用偏最小二乘法建立木素结构变化与浆料白度之间的关系。结果表明,当自水解强度因子(CHF)为73.63时,相比未经自水解预处理的杨木,自水解预处理杨木中的酸不溶木素和酸溶木素含量分别减小了4.59个百分点和1.21个百分点,木素的β-O-4、β-ββ-5和β-1连接键的断裂增多;木素中的G型单元结构变化程度大于S型单元结构,木素中的共轭羰基含量比CHF为2.78时增加了0.037(个/C9),木素中的醌式结构含量减小了0.104(个/C9),杨木CTMP浆白度最低为14.9%。因此,自水解预处理会影响杨木木素的结构进而使杨木CTMP浆白度降低,其中木素中的共轭羰基对杨木CTMP白度的影响最大。
Abstract:In order to explore the effect of lignin structure changes on the brightness of poplar Chemi-thermomechanical pulp (poplar CTMP pulp) during autohydrolysis pretreatment, poplar wood chips were pretreated by autohydrolysis, and the changes of lignin structure were studied by using FT-IR and nuclear magnetic resonance (1H, 13C, 2D-HSQC NMR). The relationship between the change in lignin structure and poplar CTMP pulp brightness was established using partial least square method. The results showed when combined hydrolysis factor (CHF) was 73.63, the content of acid insoluble lignin and acid soluble lignin in poplar wood chips decreased by 4.59 percentage points and 1.21 percentage points compared with that in poplar wood chips without autohydrolysis pretreatment. In addition, more cleavage of β-O-4 bonds, β-β bonds, β-5 bonds and β-1 bonds in lignin took place in autohydrolysis pretreatment. Compared with those at the CHF of 2.78, the degree of change of the G unit structure of lignin was greater than that of the S unit structure; and the conjugated carbonyl groups number increased by 0.037/C9 and the number of quinone structure decreased by 0.104/C9. The lowest brightness of the resultant poplar CTMP pulp was 14.9%. Therefore, autohydrolysis pretreatment could affect the lignin structure of poplar wood chips, and consequently reduce the brightness of resultant CTMP pulp. The conjugated carbonyl groups had the greatest impact on the poplar CTMP pulp brightness.
