摘要:某抄纸车间烘缸端盖未进行保温隔热处理,致使夏天车间温度升高,并且造成蒸汽热能浪费。传统的保温隔热方法对于异形设备并不适用,本课题使用新型高分子保温隔热涂料后,保温隔热效果明显,同时避免了传统保温涂料异味大、占地面积大、不美观、弯道施工难度大的难题,相比传统保温材料保温隔热效果更优异,喷涂施工方便,外观整洁美观,防水防腐,无异味,安全环保。
Abstract:The end cover of dryer without thermal insulation in a papermaking workshop resulted in the rise of workshop temperature in summer and the waste of steam heat energy. The traditional thermal insulation method is not suitable for special-shaped equipment. The effect was obvious after the new polymer thermal insulation coatings was used, and it avoided the problems of traditional thermal insulation coatings, such as offensive odor, large floor area, unsightly, and difficult operation at bend. Compared with traditional materials, the new polymer coatings had the advantages of better thermal insulation effect, convenient spray coating, clean and beautiful appearance, waterproof and anticorrosion, no peculiar smell, safety and environment friendly.
