摘要:为检测滤棒成形纸中的水分,以丙酮为内标,甲醇为萃取溶剂,建立了滤棒成形纸中水分的气相色谱-热导检测器(GC-TCD)分析方法,并与国家标准方法进行了对比。结果表明,该方法的定量限为0.12%,加标回收率为96.42%~101.00%,变异系数为1.93%。GC-TCD检测结果为标准方法检测结果的70%。该方法消除了滤棒成形纸中易挥发性成分对水分测定结果的影响,测定结果准确可靠,适用于滤棒成形纸中水分的检测。 |
Abstract:In order to accurately determine the moisture in filter plug wrapping paper, a gas chromatography-thermal conductivity detector (GC-TCD) method was established by using acetone as internal standard and methanol as extraction solvent. The test results of the developed method were compared with those measured using national standard method. The results showed that the limit of quantitation,recoveries,relative standard deviations of the developed method was 0.12%, 96.42%~101.00%,1.93%, respectively. The result of GC-TCD method was about 70% as high as that of standard method. This method eliminated the errors caused by volatile components in filter plug wrapping paper in the determination of moisture, and offered more accurate and reliable results. The method was suitable for determining the moisture in filter plug wrapping paper. |
