摘要:为了解决传统纸机轴承故障带来的突然停机停产问题,提出基于射频识别(RFID)管理的纸机轴承在线自动修复系统。该系统以嵌入式LPC2103微处理器为控制中枢,通过辅以其他外部设备,实现了轴承振动信号的采集以及修复液的自动加入。针对纸机传动轴承在早期发生的故障,检测软件采用Hilbert-Huang变换算法进行在线检测。利用RFID管理系统,在识别到轴承故障即将发生的隐患时,可实现在轴承故障位置自动加入特有的修复液,将故障轴承表面自动打磨。系统能够实现纸机轴承早期故障的在线检测以及部分故障的在线修复,有效避免了纸机的计划外停工,提高了纸机的生产效率。 |
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of paper machine shutdown suddenly caused by paper machine bearing failure, an online automatic repair system for paper machine bearings based on RFID management was proposed. The system hardware used the embedded LPC2103 microprocessor as the control center and with the help of external equipment to realize the collection of bearing vibration signals and the automatic addition of repair fluid. The fault detection software used the Hilbert-Huang transform algorithm to perform on-line detection of faults that occur in the paper machine drive bearings in the early stage. The system provided a unique repair fluid formula. When identifying the imminent hidden trouble of the bearing fault, the RFID management system could automatically add the repair fluid to the faulty position and automatically polished the surface of the faulty bearing. The system could realize the online detection of the early faults of the paper machine bearings and the online repair of some faults, which effectively avoided the unplanned downtime of the paper machine and improved the production efficiency. |
