摘要:本研究探究了平均流量孔径接近的玻璃纤维过滤材料(简称滤材)厚度对液体过滤性能的影响。首先对短切玻璃纤维和3种玻璃棉共4种纤维原料进行了形貌分析,通过调节4种纤维原料的配比和滤材定量,制备了平均流量孔径接近而厚度不同的滤材,然后将制备的滤材在多次通过实验台上做航空液压油液体过滤性能检测。结果表明,在平均流量孔径接近的情况下,滤材相同的平均过滤比对应的污染物颗粒粒径尺寸接近。4种厚度的滤材在实验前50 min压差接近,到达终止压差时间随滤材厚度的增大而延长;纳污容量随滤材厚度的增大而提高,厚度为0.12 mm的滤材纳污容量为38.7 g/m2,厚度为0.84 mm的滤材纳污容量为82.1 g/m2。厚度增大到7倍,纳污容量仅为原来的2.12倍,纳污容量增加倍数和滤材厚度增加倍数不一致,但二者存在线性关系。 |
Abstract:Based on the similar average flow pore diameter, the effect of the thickness of filter media on liquid filtration performance was studied. The morphology analyses of four kinds of glass fiber raw materials including chopped glass fiber and 3 kinds of glass microfibers were carried out firstly. The filter media with different thickness and similar average flow pore diameter were prepared by adjusting the ratio of the four kinds of glass fibers and the basis weight of the filter media, the prepared filter materials were used to test aviation hydraulic oil liquid filtration performance on the muti-pass test bench. The results of multi-pass experiments showed that the dusts captured by filter media prepared had similar particle diameters at the same average filtration ratio when the average flow pore diameter was similar. The pressure drop of four filter media with different thickness was similar in the first 50 minutes, while the time reaching the end pressure drop varied with the thickness of filter media. The dust holding capacity increased as the thickness of filter media increased, the dust holding capacities of the filter media with a thickness of 0.12 mm and 0.84 mm were 38.7 g/m2 and 82.1 g/m2 respectively. The thickness increased to 7 times, and the dust holding capacity was only 2.12 times of the original. There was a linear relationship between the dust holding capacity and the filter media thickness, but they were not proportional. |
