摘要:为了进一步探索卷烟纸对卷烟主流烟气常规成分的影响,制备了8种不同参数卷烟纸并制成卷烟,考察卷烟纸碳酸钙形态、粒径和用量,以及助燃剂酸根类型、助留剂用量、罗纹形式、罗纹深度和压纹方式对卷烟主流烟气常规成分的影响。结果表明,8种卷烟纸设计参数的变化对主流烟气常规成分释放量均产生不同程度影响;采用大粒径或浆状碳酸钙或提高碳酸钙用量,烟气焦油和CO降低 0.1~0.4 mg/支;采用无罗纹卷烟纸、浅罗纹卷烟纸或正压卷烟纸,均有助于降低焦油和CO,其中CO降幅最高可达8.7%;采用酒石酸助剂的卷烟纸,焦油和CO释放量较低;卷烟纸助留剂含量对主流烟气常规成分无显著影响。
Abstract:In order to further explore the influence of cigarette paper on the conventional components of mainstream cigarette smoke, 8 kinds of cigarette paper with different parameters (the morphology of calcium carbonate, the particle size of calcium carbonate, the content of calcium carbonate, the type of acid in combustion promoter, the content of retention aid, the form of spiral marking, the depth of spiral marking, the embossing method of spiral marking) were prepared and made into cigarettes, and influences of 8 kinds of cigarette paper mentioned above on the releases of conventional components in mainstream smoke were investigated. The results showed that: The variation of the design parameters of 8 kinds of cigarette paper had influences in different degrees on the conventional components of mainstream smoke.Using big particle or slurry calcium carbonate or increasing the content of calcium carbonate, the release of tar and CO decrease by 0.1~0.4 mg/cig.The use of non-spiral or light spiral marking cigarette paper, or positive pressure cigarette paper could help reduce the releases of tar and CO, and the maximum decrease of CO could reach to 8.7%.The releases of tar and CO of cigarette paper with tartaric acid as combustion promoter was lower, and the content of retention aid had no significant effects on the conventional components of mainstream smoke.
