摘要:国内某新建造纸企业配套废水处理站设计规模60000 m3/d,废水处理采用预处理+好氧生物处理+混凝沉淀+Fenton氧化处理工艺,出水CODCr≤50 mg/L,SS≤13 mg/L,直接进入后续中水回用单元;中水回用单元采用预处理+超滤反渗透工艺进行处理,反渗透出水CODCr≤10 mg/L,TDS≤180 mg/L,系统中水回收率70%,脱盐率97%。回用水送至厂区原水池,为企业新增用水源1512万m3/a,约占企业总用水量的50%,极大地缓解了企业用水压力。
Abstract:The scale of wastewater treatment station in the paper mill was 60000 m3/d. The wastewater treatment adopted the process of pretreatment + aerobic biological treatment + coagulation sedimentation + Fenton oxidation,and the effluent (CODCr≤50 mg/L and SS≤13 mg/L) was subsequently treated by the process of pretreatment + ultrafiltration reverse osmosis process in order to implement recycling. The CODCr of produced water from reverse osmosis was less than 10 mg/L and TDS was less than 180 mg/L. The system recovery rate was 70% and the desalination rate was 97%. The recycled water was sent to the original water pool of the plant, which provided 15.12 million m3 of water per year to the enterprise, accounting for about 50% of the total water consumption of the enterprise, greatly alleviating the pressure of the enterprise's water supply.
