摘要:首次利用三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(MF)纤维与植物纤维配抄,经含磷丙烯酸酯乳液增强后制备得到阻燃性能优异且具有耐水洗性能的阻燃空气滤纸,详细探讨了MF纤维用量对滤纸综合性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,MF纤维与植物纤维配抄得到的阻燃空气原纸匀度优良,随着MF纤维用量的增加,原纸的厚度、透气度和孔径均有所增大,而耐破度及抗张强度轻微降低。经含磷丙烯酸酯乳液增强后,阻燃空气滤纸的性能呈现同样的变化趋势,但强度性能大大改善。当MF纤维用量为30%时,含磷丙烯酸酯乳液增强后制备的阻燃空气滤纸可通过GB/T 14656—2009燃烧测试,阻燃空气滤纸炭化长度仅为8.3 cm,并具有优良的耐水洗性能,水洗后阻燃空气滤纸炭化长度为11.2 cm。 |
Abstract:In this paper,melamine formaldehyde resin(MF) fiber and plant fiber were used to prepare air filter base paper, and then strengthened by phosphorus-containing poly-acrylate emulsion(PPAE) to obtain flame retardant air filter paper with washable property. Effects of MF fiber content on the comprehensive performances and flame retardancy of the air filter paper were studied. The experimental results showed that the air filter base paper obtained by MF fiber and plant fiber presented excellent uniformity. The thickness, air permeability and pore diameter of the baser paper increased as the MF fiber content increased, while the bursting strength and tensile strength decreased slightly. The mechanical strength of the flame retardant air filter paper was greatly enhanced after strengthened by PPAE, while other performances showed the same trend as the air filter base paper. When the MF fiber content was 30%, the PPAE reinforced flame retardant air filter paper could pass the GB/T 14656—2009 combustion test and the carbonization length of flame retardant air filter paper was only 8.3 cm, the flame retardant air filter paper had excellent water-rinse resistance, the carbonization length was 11.2 cm after washing. |
