摘要:提出了一种基于3D打印纸基的便携式装置快速检测废水中化学需氧量(COD)的方法。通过3D打印技术构建纸基检测基板,采用碱性高锰酸钾作为显色剂,利用手机拍照记录显色剂的颜色变化,进一步采用Image J图像处理软件获得反应区试样的RGB值,以此构建废水COD测量模型。以造纸厂采集的经生化处理的废水为检测对象,在COD为10~100 mg/L的浓度范围内,测定水样的(R-G)值(y)与COD值(x)之间呈线性关系,线性回归方程为:y = 0.1732x - 6.1054,线性系数R2为0.9651,检出限为1.0497 mg/L。该测量装置操作便捷、检测速度较快,实现了废水COD在10~100 mg/L范围内的半定量测量。 |
Abstract:This paper proposed a method of rapidly detecting chemical oxygen demand (COD) of wastewater with a portable paper-based device constructed by 3D printing. The detecting substrate was constructed by 3D printing technology and alkaline potassium permanganate was used as the chromogenic agent, the RGB values of the testing samples on the reaction site were collected with a mobile phone and were further analyzed by the image processing software of Image J. a COD detecting model was established based on the analysis .By ampling the effluent of the sequence batch reactor (SBR) from a paper mill,when the concentration ranged in 10~100 mg/L, a linear equation was established as follows y = 0.1732x - 6.1054 where y was the (R-G) value and x was the COD value, linear coefficient R2 was 0.9651, and the detection limit of COD was 1.0497 mg/L. The proposed method was easy to operate with a fast detection speed, and achieved the semi-quantitative COD measurement of wastewater. |
