摘要:以针叶木硫酸盐木质素(KL)为原料,以Ti/RuO2-IrO2为阳极,不锈钢为阴极,在KOH碱性体系下,对KL进行电化学氧化降解,并对降解产物进行分类研究,通过正交实验探究了KL浓度、电流密度、反应温度、反应时间对各类产物产率的影响。结果表明,KL在此体系下进行电化学氧化降解最优的工艺条件为:KL浓度40 g/L,电流密度 60 mA/cm2,反应温度 80℃,反应时间3 h。在此条件下,各类小分子产物的产率分别为:芳香醛类产物3.442 g/kg KL,芳香酸类产物23.913 g/kg KL,苯及苯酚类产物0.804 g/kg KL。
Abstract:In this study, softwood kraft lignin(KL) was degraded by electrochemical oxidation process under KOH homogeneous alkaline system, using Ti/RuO2-IrO2 and stainless steel as anode and cathode respectively. The degradation products were studied on different categories.The effects of KL concentration, current density, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of various products were investigated by orthogonal experiment. The optimum conditions for the electrochemical oxidation degradation of KL under this system were as follows: the concentration of the KL was 40 g/L, current density was 60 mA/cm2, reaction temperature was 80℃, and reaction time was 3 h. Under these conditions, the yields pre kg lignin of various small molecule products were 3.442 g of aromatic aldehyde products, 23.913 g of aromatic acid products, and 0.804 g of the benzene and phenolic products.
