摘要:采用高碘酸钠氧化针叶木纤维制得针叶木氧化纤维,经希夫碱反应获得纤维希夫碱配体,再与Cu2+以配位键形式结合,制备一种新型的纤维素基希夫碱铜配合物。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)、电感耦合等离子体(ICP-AES)等手段对制备纤维素基希夫碱铜配合物进行表征分析,并对其抗菌性能进行了研究。SEM结果表明制备出的配合物中纤维表面粗糙不平,被颗粒状的物质覆盖,EDS结果显示配合物中存在Cu元素;FT-IR及UV-Vis都出现新的吸收峰,以上结果都可以证明纤维素基希夫碱配体及纤维素基希夫碱铜配合物的成功制备。ICP-AES检测结果证明配合物中Cu2+所占的质量分数远远高于浸渍乙酸铜溶液的纤维试样中的Cu2+所占质量分数。同时抑菌测定结果表明,与浸渍乙酸铜溶液纤维试样相比,制备的纤维素基希夫碱铜配合物对大肠杆菌表现出更优异的抗菌性。 |
Abstract:Schiff base reaction was used to modify cellulose, and a new cellulose-based Schiff base-Cu complex was prepared. The morphology and structure of the modified fibers were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), X-ray diffractometer(XRD), ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer(UV-Vis) and inductively coupled plasma(ICP-AES). The results showed that the surface of the modified fiber was rough and covered with granular material. EDS results showed that there were Cu elements in the complex and new absorption peaks appeared in FT-IR and UV-Vis. The above results proved the successful preparation Schiff base ligand and complex. ICP-AES test results showed that the mass fraction of Cu2+ in the complex was much higher than that of Cu2+ in the fiber sample impregnated with copper acetate solution. At the same time, the bacteriostatic test results showed that compared with the impregnated copper acetate solution fiber sample, the prepared cellulose-based Schiff base-Cu complex showed better antibacterial properties to E.coli. |
