摘要:为提高多通道烘缸的换热效率,优化其蒸汽利用率,本研究探究了蒸汽在多通道烘缸通道内的冷凝换热过程,并借助高速摄像机对蒸汽冷凝换热过程进行了可视化观测。在蒸汽质量流速(kg/(m2·s))与冷却水质量流量(kg/h)两种不同工况下,分析了多通道烘缸通道内气液两相流型的变化情况,研究了通道内蒸汽冷凝换热系数及其沿通道壁面方向压降的变化规律,为多通道烘缸通道内蒸汽的流动与传热机理研究提供了依据。
Abstract:In order to improve the heat transfer efficiency of multi-channel dryer and optimize its steam utilization, this paper studied the condensation heat transfer process of steam in a horizontal rectangular channel, and visually observed the condensation process with a high-speed camera. Under the different conditions of steam mass flow rate and cooling water mass flow, the variation of both flow patterns of gas-liquid two phases in the channel was analyzed. The variation law of steam condensation heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop along the wall of the channel was studied. The resules provided the basis for the studies of steam flowing and heat transfer mechanism on the inside of multi-channel dryer.
