摘要:本研究利用化学方法合成新型导电高分子吸附材料聚间苯二胺,并将其作为宣纸燎草制浆黑液中Na+吸附剂。采用扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对吸附剂进行了表征。考察了吸附剂用量、吸附时间、宣纸燎草制浆黑液中Na+浓度对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,聚间苯二胺粒径为0.5 μm,具有利于吸附的梯形结构。聚间苯二胺用量为10 g/100 mL黑液,对宣纸燎草制浆黑液中Na+的去除率达73.3%。Lagergren准二级动力学方程能很好地描述Na+在聚间苯二胺上吸附的整个过程,吸附以化学吸附为主。 |
Abstract:A novel conductive polymer adsorbent poly(m-phenylenediamine) was synthesized by a simple chemical method and applied to the Na+adsorption in pulping black liquor of Xuan paper meteor grass.The adsorption materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The effects of adsorbent dosage, adsorption time and the concentration of Na+ in pulping black liquor of Xuan paper meteor grass were investigated. The results showed that the poly(m-phenylenediamine)had a particle size of 0.5 μm and had a trapezoidal structure which was favorable of adsorption.The amount of poly(m-phenylenediamine)Pulping black liquor of 10 g/100 mL and the removal rate of Na+ in pulping black liquor of Xuan paper meteor grass was 73.3%. The results of mechanism analysis showed that the lagergren quasi-second-order kinetic equation could well describe the adsorption process of Na+ on poly(m-phenylenediamine), and the adsorption was mainly chemical adsorption. |
