摘要:针对目前国内大型碱回收锅炉烟气污染物中氮氧化物(NOx)浓度难以达到排放标准的问题,在分析碱回收锅炉烟气污染物产生机理及其影响因素的基础上,通过控制碱回收锅炉黑液燃烧工艺条件、增加四次风系统、采用脱硝技术等各项防治措施对NOx的产生及控制进行研究,探讨了降低碱回收锅炉烟气污染物中NOx浓度的可行性,提出了解决上述问题的对策和建议。
Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the concentration of NOx in the flue gas of large chemical recovery furnace is hard to reach the regulation limit, based on the analysis of the mechanism and influencing factors of production of flue gas pollutants of chemical recovery furnace, the feasibility of the control measures of NOx, including control the technological conditions of chemical recovery furnace, increase the fourth blowing system and adopt denitrification measures was discussed.Finally the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
