摘要:介绍了目前适用于碱回收锅炉脱硝的几种主要工艺技术原理和应用情况,包括炉内喷脱硝还原剂脱硝、选择性催化还原法脱硝(SCR)、ClO2氧化法脱硝、臭氧氧化法脱硝和低一氧化碳还原剂炉内喷射脱硝(LCO-RRI)技术等,重点介绍了LCO-RRI技术;并通过对投资和运行成本进行经济性综合分析,得出“两步走”的实施策略:既能满足环保减排要求,还能最大程度实现经济最优化。 |
Abstract:The current main techniques of denitrification for alkali recovery boilers including in furnace injection of denitrification reducing agent, SCR denitrification, ClO2 oxidation denitrification, ozone oxidation denitrification and LCO-RRI denitrification patent technology, were discussed.The principle and application of each technique were introduced separately, and the patented technology LCO-RRI of our company (low carbon monoxide reducing agent in-furnace injection denitrification technology) was mainly introduced.Finally, through a comprehensive economic analysis of investment and operating costs, the “two step” implementation strategy was suggested, which not only could meet the requirements of environmental protection and emission reduction, and also could maximize economic optimization. |
