摘要:以脂肪醇为主要原料制备脂肪醇乳液消泡剂,通过不同碳数脂肪醇混合比例、乳化剂选择、乳化剂用量研究了脂肪醇乳液的消泡和抑泡性能、乳液粒径以及储存稳定性。结果表明,以脂肪醇总质量100 g计,C16醇∶C18醇∶C22醇的质量比为30∶50∶20,在兼顾原材料成本的同时,制备的消泡剂具有较好的消泡和抑泡性能;乳化剂中单硬脂酸甘油酯 、平平加O-30 、十二烷基苯磺酸钠的用量比为6%∶1%∶1.5%,脂肪醇与乳化剂的用量比为90%∶10%时,制备的脂肪醇乳液具有较好的储存稳定性;粒径分布对制备的脂肪醇乳液稳定性不起决定性影响,且温度在5~40℃范围的储存条件下,脂肪醇乳液在40℃储存时稳定性最差。 |
Abstract:Fatty alcohol defoamer was prepared by using natural fatty alcohol as the main raw material.The defoaming and anti foaming performances, particle size and storage stability of the fatty alcohol emulsion were studied through compounding different fatty alcohol, choosing various emulsifier and adjusting the ratio of emulsifier to fatty alcohol.The results showed that the fatty alcohol emulsion had the better performance and better cost benifit when the mass ratio of C16∶C18∶C22 was 30∶50∶20(as the total mass of natural fatty alcohol was 100 g). The fatty alcohol emulsion had better storage stability when the mass ratio of emulsifier GMS ∶O-30 ∶LAS was 6%∶1%∶1.5% and the mass ratio of fatty alcohol and emulsifier was 90%∶10%, and its particle size distribution had no deciding impact on emulsion stability.It was also found that in the storage temperature range of 5~40℃, fatty alcohol emulsion had the worst storage stability at 40℃. |
