摘要:介绍了内循环(IC)厌氧反应塔和外循环(EC)厌氧反应塔应用于废纸抄造高强瓦楞原纸废水处理的工程实践及生产运行情况。生产运行数据表明,EC厌氧反应塔的处理效果优于IC厌氧反应塔,Ca2+浓度对IC厌氧反应塔运行效果有较大的影响,而对EC厌氧反应塔影响较小;IC厌氧反应塔和EC厌氧反应塔可有效降解废纸造纸废水中的污染物,废水CODCr去除率可分别达到61.2%~77.4%和72.3%~87.9%,沼气产率为0.43 m3/kgCODCr和0.45 m3/kgCODCr;废纸造纸废水经初沉池、预酸化池、IC厌氧反应塔/EC厌氧反应塔、好氧曝气池、絮凝沉淀池、斜管沉淀池和高效纤维滤池工艺处理后达到国家《制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB3544—2008)的一级标准,部分废水可回用到生产中去。
Abstract:This paper introduced the engineering practice and operation conditions of IC anaerobic reactor and EC anaerobic reactor used for treatment of waste water from high strength corrugating medium production using waste paper as raw material. Operation results showed that treatment efficiency of the EC anaerobic reactor was better than that of the IC anaerobic reactor and the influence of concentration of Ca2+ on the operation of IC anaerobic reactor was greater than that of EC anaerobic reactor.Combining with pre-acidification both IC anaerobic reactor process and EC anaerobic reactor process could effectively remove pollutants from the wastewater and the CODCr removal could reach to 61.2%~77.4% and 72.3%~87.9%, respectively. Through the treatments of primary sedimentation tank, pre-acidification tank, IC anaerobic reactor or EC anaerobic reactor, aerobic aeration tank, flocculation sedimentation tank, inclined tube sedimentation tank and high efficiency fiber filter process, the waste water could meet the first grade standard of the national standard for discharge of wastewater pollutants from pulp and paper industry (GB3544—2008) and a part of the treated wastewater could be reused for production.
