摘要:以桉木浆和蔗渣浆为原料,研究了亚氨基二琥珀酸四钠(IDS)作为螯合剂在纸浆H2O2漂白中的应用。通过单因素实验,以及在此基础上设计的正交实验,分别得出了IDS作为桉木浆、蔗渣浆H2O2漂白预处理段螯合剂的最佳使用条件。结果表明,IDS作为桉木浆H2O2漂白预处理段螯合剂的最佳使用条件为:温度60℃,时间50 min,IDS用量0.3%;IDS作为蔗渣浆H2O2漂白预处理段螯合剂的最佳使用条件为:温度70℃,时间60 min,IDS用量0.8%。在本实验IDS螯合最优条件下,与EDTA对比发现,IDS的螯合效果与EDTA相当,且IDS易生物降解,无二次污染,具有一定的优势。 |
Abstract:The application of imino disuccunate(IDS) as chelating agent in H2O2 bleaching of eucalyptus pulp and bagasse pulp was studied. Through single factor and orthogonal experiment, the optimum conditions for the use of IDS as the chelating agent for H2O2 bleaching pretreatment of eucalyptus pulp and bagasse pulp were obtained. The results showed the optimun conditions of IDS application for the eucalyptus pulp bleaching pretreatment were: temperature 60℃, time 50 min, IDS dosage 0.3%;for bagasse pulp H2O2 bleaching pretreatment, the optimum conditions were: temperature 70℃,time 60 min, IDS dosage 0.8%. In comparison with EDTA, the chelating effect of IDS was similar, but IDS was easy to be biodegraded without causing secondary pollution. |
