摘要:研究了不同用量的纤维素酶和聚木糖酶处理对阔叶木溶解浆的Fock反应性能、甲种纤维素(甲纤)含量和聚合度的影响;并探讨了不同纤维素酶用量、处理时间和浆浓对针叶木浆改性溶解浆(简称纸改浆)的Fock反应性能、甲纤含量和聚合度的影响。结果表明,当纤维素酶用量为2 HCU/g时,可以将阔叶木溶解浆的Fock反应性能从40.57%提高至48.20%,同时不会对浆料甲纤含量和聚合度造成明显影响;当聚木糖酶用量为200 XU/g时,可以将阔叶木溶解浆的甲纤含量从93.08%提升至95.14%。当纤维素酶用量为50 HCU/g时,可以将纸改浆的Fock反应性能从13.50%提高到49.75%;增加纤维素酶用量以及延长酶处理的时间均可有效地提升纸改浆的Fock反应性能,而改变浆浓不会对纤维素酶处理效果产生较大影响。
Abstract:In this study, the effect of cellulase and xylanase treatment of hardwood dissolving pulp on its α-cellulose content、 degree of polymerization(DP) and reaction property were studied. In addition, the influence of the treatment of dissolving pulp from modified softwood pulp by cellulase using various cellulase dosages, treatment time and pulp consistency on its reactivity, α-cellulose content and DP were investigated. The results showed that cellulase treatment could improve the reactivity of hardwood dissolving pulp from 40.57% to 48.20% at the dosage of 2 HCU/g and it did not significantly affect the α-cellulose content and polymerization degree of the pulp. The α-cellulose content of hardwood dissolving pulp could be improved from 93.08% to 95.14% with xylanase treatment at the dosage of 200 XU/g. The reactivity of dissolving pulp from modified softwood pulp was improved from 13.50% to 49.75% with cellulase treatment at dosage of 50 HCU/g. It was found that increasing the cellulase dosage and extending the treatment time could improve the reactivity effectively. However, there was no obvious difference with varying the pulp consistency during cellulase treatment.
