摘要:气垫式流浆箱控制系统主要的控制对象是压力和液位,其数学模型难以建立,在工作过程中可能会随时发生变化,并且存在输入量和输出量之间的耦合关系,即系统中每一个控制回路的输入信号对所有回路的输出都有影响,而每一个回路的输出又影响所有的输入;本课题通过设计模糊解耦控制器提高控制系统性能,经现场调试运行,取得良好控制效果。 |
Abstract:The major control objects of air-cushion headbox control system are the pressure and liquid level, however it is difficult to establish mathematical model for the pressure and liquid level. The control structure may change at any time during working process, and there is a coupling relationship between the input quantity and the output quantity. The purpose of this paper was to improve the performance of the control system by designing the fuzzy decoupling controller. |
