摘要:针对某公司3#纸机传动控制系统中,变频器老化、无法获得备品备件且故障率极高的问题,提出了传动控控制系统改造的方法并得以实施,实际应用中获得了良好的效果。详细对比介绍了纸机传动控制系统改造前后存在的情况,探讨了纸机多传动控制系统改造过程遇到的问题。 |
Abstract:To solve the problem of frequency converter aging, spare parts shortage and high failure rate in the company 3# paper machine drive system, the paper proposed a replacement method for the frequency converter in transmission system under the condition of retaining and modifying the original control system. This method has been applied in actual production and achieved good results. Comparing the existing problems and corresponding solutions of paper machine transmission system, the problem of frequency converter replacement in multi-drive systems of paper machine was discussed. |
