摘要:研究了商品针叶木溶解浆在N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物(NMMO)水溶液溶解体系中的最适润胀条件,在此基础上,采用纤维筛分、打浆、生物酶处理三种方式分别对溶解浆进行预处理,通过对预处理后溶解浆物理特性和润胀性能进行评价,初步探讨了采用预处理的方式提高溶解浆在NMMO水溶液中润胀性能的可行方法及其机制。结果表明,当润胀温度100℃,NMMO质量分数75%,润胀时间40 min时,溶解浆在NMMO水溶液中的润胀率可以达到196%,润胀效果最好;三种预处理方式中,筛分处理对于改善溶解浆润胀性能的效果有限,纤维素酶处理和打浆处理可以分别将溶解浆的润胀率从196%提高至225%和320%。
Abstract:The optimum swelling condition of dissolving pulp in NMMO- H2O dissolution system was investigated. On this basis dissolving pulp were pretreated separately by fiber classification, beating and enzymatic treatment through evaluating the swelling performance and physical property of the treated pulps feasible pretreatment method and mechanism which could improve the swelling performance of dissolving pulp in NMMO- H2O system was explored. The results indicated that the swelling rate of untreated dissolving pulp could reach up to 196% at the condition of swelling temperature 100℃, NMMO concentration 75%, swelling time 40 min. Classification pretreatment nearly had little effect on the swelling property of dissolving pulp, enzymatic pretreatment and beating pretreatment could increase the swelling rate from 196% to 225% and 320%, respectively.
