摘要:生物技术在制浆造纸工业上的应用日益受到重视,尤其是半纤维素酶在纸浆漂白中的作用尤为突出。目前木聚糖酶生物辅助漂白已成为一项比较成熟的技术,并在制浆造纸工业中得到了广泛应用。本课题介绍了纸浆木聚糖酶生物助漂技术的进展,同时也阐述了木聚糖酶助漂的相关机理及其在工业应用中常用漂白程序和工艺参数。
Abstract:The application of biotechnology in pulp and papermaking industry has been obtained more and more attention, especially the role of hemicellulase in pulp bleaching. Now xylanase bio bleaching has become a more reliable technology,and it has been widely used in the pulp and papermaking industry. The development of xylanase biobleaching technology of pulps was introduced in this paper, and the mechanism of xylanase-boosting bleaching, bleaching sequences and parameters commonly used in industry of xylanase were discussed.
