摘要:以漂白竹浆为原料,探讨了打浆度对竹纤维真空绝热板芯材结构和性能的影响,以期获得隔热性能较好的竹纤维真空绝热板。结果表明,在打浆度为14.9°SR条件下,竹纤维真空绝热板芯材的平均孔径为21.7 μm,孔隙率为75.7%,密度为0.287 g/cm3;由其制备出的竹纤维真空绝热板导热系数为12.6 mW/(m·K),具有较好的隔热性能。通过扫描电子显微镜和透气度测定仪分析表明,随着打浆度的增加,竹纤维真空绝热板芯材纤维表面分丝帚化严重,结构致密,透气性能降低。
Abstract:The effects of beating degree on of bamboo fibers the structure and property of the core material of vacuum insulation panel made of bamboo fibers were studied in order to obtain the better insulation performance of the vacuum insulation panel. The results showed that the average pore diameter porosity and density of the core material of vacuum insulation panel were 21.7 μm, 75.7% and 0.287 g/cm3 respectively when beating degree of the bamboo fibers was 14.9°SR, thermal conductivity of the vacuum insulation panel was 12.6 mW/(m·k)which load better insulation performance. SEM observation and air permeability testing results showed that the core material became more compact with lower air permeability as further fibrillation of the fibers with increasing of beating degree.
