摘要:介绍了制浆过程中盘磨机磨区内纸浆纤维、水及水蒸气三相流体的复杂流动,阐述了磨区浆料流动对磨齿捕获冲击纤维、磨齿的优化及磨浆效果的影响。重点对国内外盘磨机磨区内浆料流动的CFD(计算流体动力学)模拟及实验研究的最新进展进行了综述,同时对今后的研究方向提出展望。
Abstract:The complex flow of three phase fluid which consists of pulp fiber,water and steam in disc refiner was discribed in this paper.And the effect of pulp flow on fiber capture and impact by the bars,the optimization of the bar structure and the result of refining was discussed.Especially, the latest development about the CFD simulation and experimental study of the pulp flow in disc refiner was summarized.Finally,the prospect in research trend on the pulp flow in disc refiner was put forward.
