摘要:穿流磨浆模式的低浓磨浆机具有良好的节能作用,本文根据相关专利文献,首先介绍了这种穿流磨浆机的结构,然后对穿流磨浆的机理和节能原理进行了初步分析。穿流磨浆是磨浆机节能的重要途径,其应用有待于进一步的深入研究。
Abstract:In order to reduce refining energy consumption, Metso Paper Inc. has marketed out a new type of low consistency pulp refiner with flow-through refining made in recent years, which has a good energy saving effect. In this paper, according to the relevant patent literature, the structure of this kind of flow-through pulp refiner was introduced firstly, and then its principle of energy saving was preliminarily analyzed. The flow-through refining is an important way for energy saving of the pulp refiner, and its application is worth wile to further study.
