摘要:探讨了纸机真空系统、刮刀和在线脱水测量对纸机能耗及运行性的影响。高效、可靠的刮刀和在线脱水测量为纸机在最优真空度下运行创造条件,真空系统控制、刮刀及脱水在线测量三者协同作用,在优化纸机脱水和真空系统能耗的同时,提高纸机系统运行性和效率。
Abstract:Analyze the impacts of vacuum supply, doctoring and online dewatering measurement on paper machine energy consumption and runnablity. High efficient and reliable doctoring and online dewatering measurement build the foundations for the paper machine to run at optimized vacuum levels. Doctoring, dewatering measurement and vacuum control have the synergy function, which lead to an optimized dewatering and vacuum system energy consumption, and at the same time, an improved paper machine systematic runnability and efficiency.
