樟木挥发物对纸质档案耐久性的影响研究

摘要:以樟木为研究对象,采用环境模拟实验舱法与环境因素加速老化系统相结合的方法,探讨了樟木挥发物对档案纸质材料耐久性的影响。结果表明,经樟木挥发物处理后的纸质档案的耐久性均有所降低。通过对比观察纸张表面微观形貌变化,发现经樟木挥发物处理后的纸张纤维老化后有轻微的黏结、断裂现象;进一步采用活性炭吸附 脱附法与气质联用(GC MS)技术,测试出樟木挥发物的主要成分包括烷烃、烯烃、有机酸等,其中有机酸为活性污染物,对纤维大分子结构造成破坏,降低纸张的耐久性。因此,在使用樟木作为纸质档案和文物的装具时,建议要尽量避免直接接触,注意库房通风,防止有害气体富集,为延长档案寿命创造良好的环境条件。
Abstract:The camphorwood growed in Wuyuan County, Jiangxi Province was served as research subject in present study. The environmental simulation laboratory method comfined with the environmental factors accelerated aging system was used to explore the effect of camphorwood volatiles on the durability of the paper archives materials. The results showed that the durability of the paper archives treated by volatiles was reduced. The activated carbon adsorption desorption method and GC-MS technology were employed to measure the main components of the camphorwood volatiles, the main components included alkanes, alkenes and organic acids, etc., in which the organic acid could damage the structure of fiber macromolecular and reduce the durability of the paper archives materials.
