硫化铟纳米粒子的合成及其对碱性木素的可见光催化降解作用

摘要:以硝酸铟和硫化钠为反应原料,在180℃下水热处理24 h,制备了硫化铟(In2S3)纳米光催化剂,并对其进行了X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)表征。在可见光条件下,对碱性木素进行了光催化降解实验。结果表明,所制备的光催化剂为立方相的β-In2S3片状纳米粒子,在可见光照射下可以产生空穴、超氧阴离子自由基及少量的羟基自由基,从而对碱性木素产生良好的可见光催化降解和脱色效果。
Abstract:In2S3 nanoparticles were synthesized via a hydrothermal method by using sodium sulfide (Na2S) and indium nitrate (In(NO)3) as saw materials. The as-synthesized In2S3 nanoparticles were characterized by XRD, SEM and TEM, and used to photocatalytically degrade alkaline lignin under visible light irradiation. The results showed that the as synthesized photocatalyst possessed a cubic phase of β-In2S3 nanoparticles with platelet structure. It showed a perfect degradation and decolorization effects on lignin due to production of superoxide radicals, cavity and a small amount of hydroxyl radicals under visible light irradiation.
