摘要:研究探讨了棉浆、丝光浆应用于锌银电池隔膜纸中的优缺点;将棉浆与尼龙(聚酰胺纤维)、维纶(缩醛化聚乙烯醇纤维)、聚丙烯(PP)纤维配抄,研究了含有不同化学纤维手抄片的特点;并进一步研究了纤维配比、干燥方式等对锌银电池隔膜纸性能的影响。结果表明,与相同打浆度的丝光浆相比,棉浆的吸碱性能较好;含有维纶的手抄片的尺寸稳定性较优良,添加一定量的聚丙烯纤维可以提高锌银电池隔膜纸的耐碱稳定性;采用鼓式干燥器干燥的锌银电池隔膜纸具有很好的吸碱性能。
Abstract:In this study, the advantages and disadvantages of cotton pulp and mercerized pulp in preparation of zinc-silver battery separator paper were discussed. The properties of nylon fiber, vinylon fiber and polypropylene fiber when they separately mixed with cotton pulp in certain ratio to prepare separator paper were studied. Furtherly the effects of the polypropylene fiber’s ratio, the drying process on the properties of the separator paper used in the zinc silver battery were investigated. The results indicated that cotton pulp in lower beating degree had higher alkali absorption rate compared with the mercerized pulp in the same beating degree; polyvinyl alcohol fiber showed better stability in potassium hydroxide solution, especially dimensional stability. Polypropylene had ideal resistance to alkali corrosion thus resulting greater alkali stability of the resultant separator paper. The separator paper used in zinc-silver battery with good properties could be prepared by using cotton pulp and certain amounts of vinylon and polypropylene fibers.
