摘要:研究了以壳聚糖(CTS)和海藻酸钠(SA)凝胶微粒稳定AKD乳液的可行性。结果表明,以壳聚糖-海藻酸钠(CTS-SA)凝胶微粒作为乳化剂能够乳化AKD形成乳液。当CTS-SA凝胶微粒用量超过4%(对AKD)时,能获得粒径小、稳定性好且施胶效果好的AKD乳液。在CTS-SA凝胶微粒用量相同的条件下,钙离子的添加有助于提高乳液的稳定性和施胶性能,降低乳液的黏度。
Abstract:In this paper, the feasibility of preparation of AKD emulsion stabilized by chitosan-sodium alginate gel particles was investigated. The results showed that when the dosage of chitosan-sodium alginate gel particles (based on AKD) was highter than 4%, the AKD emulsion with small droplet size, high storage stability, and high sizing efficiency was obtained. In the same condition, the addition of calcium ions will help improve the stability and sizing performance of emulsion and reduce the viscosity of the emulsion.
