摘要:现代纸机干燥部蒸汽烘缸内的蒸汽压力受限,蒸汽利用率不高,烘缸内冷凝水聚集等问题导致其很难达到预期干燥效果。结合国内外燃气烘缸的相关专利和研究现状,本文详细介绍了非直喷型燃气烘缸的主要核心技术,分析了各种技术的原理和优点,总结并提出了非直喷型燃气烘缸的应用前景,为该技术今后的研发及应用提供参考。 |
Abstract:It’s hard for modern papermaking machine to achieve the desired drying goals because of the steam pressure limit, low utilization efficiency of the steam and steam condensate water in the dryer, which badly affect the dryer performance. According to some references and patents of indirect-injection gas heating dryer, the paper introduced some core techniques of indirect-injection gas heating paper dryer. The advantages and principle of the core techniques were analyzed in this article. |
