摘要:添加和不添加助剂的竹柳碱木素在700℃下反应15 min,对热解产物重油采用核磁共振波谱(磷谱31P-NMR与碳谱13C-NMR)和凝胶渗透色谱分析。结果表明,在使用沸石助剂后,热解产物总油量和重油含量下降,气体含量增加,固体焦炭含量基本保持不变。重油脂肪族羟基和羧基含量下降明显,对酚羟基含量增加。轻油中甲醇、邻苯二酚含量下降,乙酸含量不变,水含量增加。添加不同助剂,重油的质均相对分子质量、数均相对分子质量变化趋势不一致,但相对分子质量分散性略微增加。
Abstract:Pyrolysis of the bamboo willow alkali lignin, and with additives of NiCl2、H-ZSM-5 and Ni-ZSM-5 was carried out at 700℃ for 15 min. The products were analyzed by NMR and Gel-permeation chromatograph. The results showed that the liquid content of bio-oil decreased and gas level increased, solid coke remained unchanged after the use of additives. In heavy oil, aliphatic hydroxyl and carboxyl group contents dropped obviously, β-hydroxy-phenyl OH content increased. In light oil, the content of methanol and catechol decreased, acetic acid concentration kept constant, the content of water increased. The number average and weight average molecular weights of heavy oil decreased but the molecular weight distribution was undiversified.
