摘要:针对置换蒸煮卸料泵汽蚀现象难以消除这一难题,在分析卸料泵产生汽蚀的基础上,结合置换蒸煮卸料的特点,从控制的角度出发提出通过稳定卸料浓度、改变泵速以及通入压缩空气的方法进行卸料,使得在整个卸料过程中,卸料泵的有效汽蚀余量(NPSHa)都大于它的必需汽蚀余量(NPSHr),从而避免汽蚀现象的发生。 |
Abstract:Aiming at the difficulties of eliminating cavitation of the discharge pump of displacement digester system, this paper proposed a method from the view of control to keep the NPSHa was greater than its NPSHr in the discharging process by stabilizing pulp concentration, adjusting pump speed and injecting compressed air into the digester. |
