摘要:探讨了以秸秆水解液作为唯一碳源生产细菌纤维素的工艺参数,并考察了细菌纤维素湿膜对漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP)纸张性能的影响。实验结果表明,以秸秆水解液作为唯一碳源,采用动静两步法制备细菌纤维素的最大产量为4.27 g/L;细菌纤维素湿膜添加到LBKP中能够明显提高纸张抗张指数、撕裂指数、耐破指数、耐折度、透气度等物理性能。
Abstract:Bacterial cellulose was prepared by using straw hydrolysate which was the only carbon source, then physical properties of the LBKP paper adding wet bacterial cellulose were studied. The result showed that the max dry production of bacterial cellulose was 4.27 g/L. Using two step fermentation process with straw hydrolysate as carbon source, the physical properties of the paper adding the wet bacterial cellulose including tensile index, tear index, burst index, folding endurance and air permeability were obviously improved.
