摘要:分析了水环真空泵运行控制的原理。为了实现水环真空泵的水环节能控制,设计了基于PLC的节能控制装置方案,该方案包括系统的整体硬件设计和整体软件设计,同时增加了上位机控制设计,便于控制系统的实现。根据实验实测的数据以及数据分析,证明水环真空泵在一定的水环下工作,可以实现在保证真空度稳定的前提下节约电能和水能,同时提高水环真空泵的工作效率。
Abstract:The principle of operation control of water ring vacuum pump was analyzed. In order to realize the energy saving control of water ring for water ring vacuum pump, the plan of the energy saving control device based on PLC was designed, which included the hardware design and software design of the system, meanwhile adding the design of host computer control in order to control system implementation. According to the experimental data analysis, it was proved that the water ring vacuum pump worked in a certain liquid ring condition could achieve the maximum energy saving of electricity and water on the premise of keeping the vacuum degree steadily, and improve the efficiency of the water ring vacuum pump.
