摘要:介绍了辊壳式流浆箱的结构原理,并针对实验中模拟的流浆箱流道模型,采用计算流体动力学方法,通过对流浆箱不同流道宽度的流场进行了数值模拟和分析计算。模拟结果体现了新型流浆箱流道内流体湍流特性,同时研究分析表明,新型流浆箱流道宽度和匀浆辊转速在一定范围内时,流体湍流强度可较好地满足分散纸浆纤维的要求。
Abstract:The structure principle of a new headbox with roller and shell was introduced. Aiming at the model of flow channel of the simulated headbox, using computational fluid dynamics method to make numerical simulation and analysis of the flow filed of the channels with different width. The simulation results showed that the turbulence characteristics of flow in the flow channel headbox, and analysis also showed that turbulence intensity could satisfy the fiber dispersion requirement when the width of flow channel and speed of roller were in a certain range.
