摘要:介绍了应用于纸浆浓度控制的模糊控制与专家控制复合控制系统。根据纸浆浓度本身存在的大滞后特性以及模型的不确定性,结合模糊控制和专家控制二者各自的优缺点进行探讨,并利用Matlab仿真对比。结果表明,专家-模糊PID控制的控制性能明显优于传统PID控制系统,能很大程度地改善系统的动态特性,使得系统更快地进入稳定状态,具有良好的鲁棒性。
Abstract:A combined fuzzy control and expert control system used in the control of pulp consistency was introduced. Based on the large lag of pulp consistency and the uncertainty of its model, the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of control method were discussed and compared by using the simulation software Matlab. The simulation results showed that the expert-fuzzy PID control system was superior to the traditional PID control, the dynamic characteristics of the system could be greatly improved, and the system more quickly entered into a stable state, and also had good robustness.
