摘要:针对传统检测技术的不足,本文介绍了一种扬克烘缸新型在线检测技术,并从工作原理、技术特点、检测故障类型等方面对构成该技术的两种检测手段(精密红外成像和表面形貌测量)进行了详细的阐述与分析,最后通过实例证明了该技术的优越性和可行性。 |
Abstract:Considening the shortcomings of traditional detection techniques, this paper described an efficient on-line detection technology of Yankee dryer. From working principle, technical characteristics, the types of fault being detected and other aspects, the precise infrared imaging technique and surface topography measurements technique which constitute this technology were described and analyzed in detail. Finally, the superiority and feasibility of the technology were proved by a practical example. |
