摘要:针对纸张的横向质量控制是由多组大规模执行器协调控制的结构特点,设计了一种基于CAN总线和OPC技术的分布式横向控制系统,具有扩展性强、实时性高的特点。主控制节点通过CAN总线网络对各组执行器进行实时控制,并通过OPC技术实现了测量数据、现场信息的存取与共享;设计了基于CAN总线的智能执行器和相应的底层通信软件以完成局部信息处理与底层控制;并通过实际应用效果证明了该系统的可行性和有效性。
Abstract:In order to solve the large-scale cross-direction control problem in paper machine, a distributed cross-direction control system based on CAN-bus and OPC technology was designed, which has the characteristics of powerful expansibility and strong real-time performance. Multiple-array intelligent actuators were closed-loop controlled by the main monitor station through Ethernet and CAN-bus, and the measured data and field information were accessed and shared among the monitor stations via OPC technology. An intelligent actuator based on CAN-bus and corresponding underlying communication software were designed to process local information and control underlying hardware. Finally, the feasibility and validity of the system were verified with practical applications.
