摘要:探讨了间歇蒸煮喷放锅外排臭气的几种传统处理方法和存在的问题。简要介绍了高效冷凝喷射器的结构、原理和工艺流程,并结合应用案例阐述高效冷凝喷射器的应用效果。实践表明,高效冷凝喷射器应用于DDS间歇蒸煮喷放锅的臭气处理是可行的,可以解决因蒸煮放锅浆料温度波动导致的喷放锅臭气排放量和温度波动而造成的臭气不能完全回收处理的问题。 |
Abstract:This paper discussed several traditional odor treatment methods and the existing problems of batch-cooking blow tank. The structure and principle of the effective condensation ejector were introduced briefly. The application results of the highly effective condensation ejector were explained with application cases. It was feasible to apply the highly effective ejector for the odor treatment of the DDS batch-cooking blow tank, which could solve the problem of inefficient recovery of the odor caused by the temperature fluctuation. |
